About this tool and your data

Public information only. Briefs are built from publicly available sources, such as company websites, filings and public registers. Every company fact links to its source.
No internal access. The tool can't reach your company's CRM or any other internal system.
We don't save your data. Your inputs, searches and results are not saved.
Third-party services. To build a brief, your search is sent to our research provider and the company name is checked against public registers. We use these services under their published terms and privacy policies. Our research provider is set not to keep requests or responses.
No tracking. There's no analytics, advertising or tracking. Standard technical logs only.
Please don't enter anything confidential, such as non-public deal or client information.
Your own policies. Use in line with your firm's policies on data, communications and client contact.
Check before you quote. Preparation of briefs may involve the use of third-party AI services for research and drafting. Searches aren't perfect. How much information is available depends on the location, the source and the provider used, so always check the source before quoting it to a client.
